More on Renaissance Pointe

Renaissance PointeKnown for having luxurious homes on the NW Street of Dreams, Renaissance Pointe is one of Beaverton's most luxurious and affluent neighborhoods. Renaissance Pointe is the first of two phases of development that Renaissance Homes has constructed for the Cooper Mountain area. A second subdivision adjacent to the Street of Dreams original site feature is similar homes of over $1 million on lots ranging from 5000 ft.² to 8000 ft.². The community sits just north of SW. Kemmer Rd. across the street from the Cooper Mountain Nature Park. It's accessible from the south or from the north along SW. Rigert Rd. tucked in around several parks and green space natural areas. These luxurious homes start at around $700,000 up to $1.5 million and vary in size and style with traditional Northwest architecture. Layouts are between 2900 ft.² and 6000 ft.² with 3 to 6 bedrooms, and 4 to 6 bathrooms on average.

Most of these homes were built within the last 20 years, particularly between 2002 and 2008. You'll find primarily two-story homes with three car garages, brick and wood construction, multiple amenities such as walk-in closets, soaking tubs, family rooms, kitchen islands, butlers pantry, high beam ceilings, walk-in pantry's, stainless steel appliances, master suite with sitting area, multiple fireplaces, dual vanities, and lots of around 15,000 to 18,000 ft.².

Homeowner association dues are just $50 per month, typically paid annually. This is for the management of the Renaissance Pointe community for continuity and consistency between the properties. There are bylaws and conditions for residents such as keeping lawns and yards appropriately maintained, garbage cans and waste bins out of sight, and restrictions on vehicles and noise ordinances.

Renaissance Pointe also maintains a community pool located at the intersection of SW. Santoro Dr. and SW. 184th Dr. This is nestled in the Norse Western quadrant of the community and is an open-air swimming pool area that is completely gated with hours from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM usable only for property owners of Renaissance Point II.

Middle-school children attend Highland Park middle school and Mountainside High school for high schoolers. The Sexton Mountain elementary school and Cooper Mountain elementary school received excellent reviews and ratings from parents and students alike.

"I have three children in the school and all have their own unique needs, the teachers and support staff are amazing and only want the best for the students. I am so impressed with the dedication of everyone I have come in contact with and I’m at the school so much so I volunteer often." - GreatSchools.org
