Mountain Park, also sometimes referred to as Mt. Park, is a neighborhood in Lake Oswego between Arnold Creek, Oak Creek, Holly Orchard, and West Portland Park. It's bordered by Boones Ferry Road to the east, Kerr Parkway to the west, Carmen Drive to the south, and the Kerr natural area or SW. Stephenson St. to the north. This is a large Lake Oswego neighborhood full of several parks but is primarily residential. Its own motto is "Nature's Neighborhood"

This is an award-winning planned community in Lake Oswego featuring a variety of amenities unlike anywhere else in the state. From forested mountain tops with stunning views, valley views, numerous parks, a community center, and 8 miles of well-maintained trails and paths, this is a beautiful place to call home.

The Mountain Park Community Center or the "clubhouse" is an active and vibrant center to the Mountain Park neighborhood. It's located directly in the middle of the neighborhood and features a 45,000 ft.², two-level clubhouse that recently underwent extensive renovations. It offers an expanded guest amenities and upgraded interior facilities. It's home to the neighborhood's homeowner Association including accounting, CC&R's, and the executive director.

The center offers a variety of amenities for the neighborhood including an expansive aquatics facility with lap pool, water slides, kids splash area, and spa. The fitness center offers dozens of state-of-the-art equipment and weights. Enjoy several tennis courts, and indoor sports courts, kid zone and Playskool for the little ones.

The Kid Zone is dedicated to providing quality wellness programs for kids of all ages. It features camps throughout the year, hiking and outdoor play, arts and crafts activities, interactive science and engineering experiments, indoor gym time, nutrition, group games, swimming pools, and social time.

The clubhouse itself features an upper spacious lobby with a community room, computer center, and event venue. The lower level offers to high ceiling fitness studios, a large gym with a basketball court, locker rooms, two family changing rooms, a game room with pool tables, ping-pong, and pop a shot basketball, and an aquatic center with a 25 yard, three-lane lap pool, warm water recreation pool, and therapeutic pool and a fully licensed preschool for children 14 months to five years.

Mountain Park Schools

Residents are part of the Lake Oswego school district and are typically assigned to the Oak Creek elementary school, the Lake Oswego middle school, and the Lake Oswego high school. Residents on the west side of the community are typically assigned to the Markham elementary school, the Jackson middle school, and the Wilson high school.
